General Employment Announces Two Key Promotions in the Professional Services Division

NAPERVILLE, Ill., Feb. 11, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- General Employment Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") (NYSE MKT: JOB), February 11, 2014, provider of staffing services throughout a network of 22 branch offices located in eleven states, today announced two key promotions within its Professional Services Division: Bob Dralle has been named Manager of Operation Development and Teresa Olsen has been named Manager of National Development.

"Two new positions have been created to enable the Company to better execute and eventually achieve its strategic plan.  In the past, the offices have been operated as separate entities; however, with the implementation of Tempworks, our new operational system, we can now maximize efficiency and cooperation across all of our offices," stated Andrew J. Norstrud, Chief Financial Officer of General Employment Enterprises.  "These two new positions will enable us to have the leadership within the organization necessary to concentrate on profitability, expansion and our larger national accounts."

Bob Dralle has over 25 years of experience in the staffing industry, 22 of which have been with General Employment. As Manager of Operations Development, Mr. Dralle's focus will be on expansion of offices, further development of current offices, the hiring process for new consultants, training and local marketing. 

Teresa Olsen has over 6 years of industry experience and currently operates our rapidly growing Naperville, Illinois office.  As Manager of National Development, Mrs. Olsen will focus on National Branding, National Sales and National Recruiting, while also implementing our internal growth strategies focused on the expansion of our services offering.
