On May 10, 2023, GEE Group Inc. (the “Company”) (NYSE American: JOB) announced that it will hold an investor webcast/conference call on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 11:00a.m. EDT to review and discuss its March 31, 2023 second quarter results. The Company expects to report those results after the close of business on Monday, May 15, 2023. The Company’s prepared remarks will be posted on its website www.geegroup.com prior to the call. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
