Accrued Compensation

Accrued Compensation contains accrued wages, the related payroll taxes, employee benefits of the Company’s employees while they work on contract assignments, commissions earned and not yet paid and estimated commission payable.

 

In connection with the completion of the sale of shares of common stock to PSQ in fiscal year 2009, the Company’s then Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President (the “former CEO”) retired from those positions and his employment agreement with the Company was replaced by a consulting agreement. On January 31, 2013, he retired from all positions with the Company, however he continued to receive his monthly payments required under his consulting agreement. As of March 31, 2015, the liability has been fully paid.
